TERMS OF SERVICE

by commissioning me, you agree to these terms (updated apr. 23, 2023)

the artist

⊹ i retain all rights to my work, including usage as samples or self-promo, though i will not resell commissions. the client may request otherwise or to keep anonymous.⊹ i reserve the right to deny commissions for any reason. if i must cancel during the process, i will issue an appropriate refund.⊹ please allow up to three (3) weeks for final delivery. i will update if any delays occur.⊹ my tos may change at any time, but changes will only take effect on comms taken after the posted date.

the client

⊹ client will not use commissioned work for ai training or any form of cryptocurrency.⊹ commissions are for personal use only. redistribution will only be done with credit (tag @sanqieryi on twitter, etc...)
use for promotional material (ex. video thumbnail) must be discussed prior.⊹ client will not trace, edit, or resell any part of the commission.⊹ client will not file wrongful chargeback or risk being blacklisted.

revisions

⊹ up to 3 revisions are allowed during the sketch phase and 2 during lines/color. any revisions after final delivery must be within 24 hours and will incur additional fees.⊹ i will not accept any revisions requesting another artist's style.

payment

⊹ i currently accept paypal, venmo, and cashapp only. use of a middleman is allowed!⊹ payment is split into 50% upfront, 50% at approval of sketch.⊹ invoices must be paid within 7 days unless otherwise discussed. payment plans are available for comms over 150$.⊹ full refunds are available for unstarted comms. after approval of the sketch, i will only refund 50%. no refunds are available after final delivery. refunds will not include paypal fees.⊹ i may charge fees for any of the following: text/image-heavy descriptions, no character/outfit reference, detailed props, pets, complex designs⊹ feel free to track progress via my trello!
